These items (Project Scope, Elevation Drawings, Renderings, and Layout for the project) will take out most of the ambiguity and reduce assumptions that contractors have when placing a bid. Typically there is a big disparity between bids from different contractors, so having this design package will help to mitigate this problem.
2: FOUR (4) HOURS OF INTERIOR DESIGN TIME
Our designer embrace the philosophy that simplicity is the ultimate solution. They’ll prepare a path to success by presenting you with inspired product, textile and color options that reflect your taste and aesthetic.
This is where we put the final touches on your design to create an artistically inspired, beautiful and balanced space. We will help with the selection of tile, countertops, wall color, wall-coverings, fixtures, hardware, and lighting. Design is our passion, so rest assured that countertops, walls, cabinets, fixtures, flooring, backsplashes will flow together cohesively, creating a uniquely designed room that reflect your taste and aesthetic.
